Is there any other way of viewing my present Hosting Credits count?

    We do have an alternative method of viewing your hosting credits tally. For this you've to join our IRC Support Channel - the details of which are furnished below. If you're unsure of how to connect to IRC or Internet Relay Chat, please read through our IRC FAQ.

IRC Support Channel details

  • Server: irc.dal.net
  • Channel:#AstaHost

    We maintain a support bot (an automated robot) there, which will respond to your credit query and report back your credit count. The query has to be executed in the following format in the main channel window.

Command to query your credit count
!credits {yournickname}
    Replace {yournickname} with the nick name that you've used to sign-up on our forums. The bot will report back to you similar to this:
Account validity exists for 3 days.
