What about the Hosting Rules?: Hi! :) I'm just wondering if I can use a different site (a blog) as my main 'entry page,' and host the rest of my pages on this site. Basically, I'm making an e-zine for teenagers, and my main page is a Blogger-hosted blog. I link to individual e-zine pages though thumbnails. When someone clicks on the thumbnail, they are taken to a page with the full-sized image of the e-zine article. So I was wondering if I could host those pages here. I know some hosts don't allow you to use other sites as "index pages," and that's fine. I just figured I'd ask, since this is an e-zine and I can't afford to have my account suspended -- I'd have to redo everything! Please write back whenever you can... I'm eager to hear from you! Got Three questions. * I was searching the internet for a website that will allow me to create a MySql database on their end ( not on my hard drive ) and that is it.just a mysql database.i do not need the PHP and stuffs. will Astahost be it ? or does Astahost require both MySql and Php? * How secure are the data ? what if i am to use the link to the database for business purposes ? like if i create a front end that will communicate with the MySql Backend here will the data be secured or will astahost delete my database if necessary? * how does hosting a MySql database here differ from Hosting a MySql database using a dedicated PC as a server online without the domain name,just the IP as Host address? in terms of Speed when querying.
